Harry Lorayne’s Apocalypse Volumes?

I must say I was very surprised at the quality of material in it. There are so many brilliant ideas there and very little fluff the little that is there is easy to avoid.

My respect for Harry Lorayne grew immensely after I had skimmed through this series. I have no idea how he consistently managed to get some of the best names in magic to contribute so regularly to a magic magazine. I would say that you cannot go wrong with Apocalypse because there is so hatry quality material in it. It ranges from self working stuff to knuckle busters.

It is also a good book of ideas. Oct 17, Messages: Art Of Astonishments 1 – 3 are probably the best magic books i have ever bought. Not only are there great effects there are great ideas, concepts, essays and for me atleast is was a massive creative boost.
